Terms and Conditions

* I'm located in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

* I will not ship my rabbits anywhere

* I reserve the right to refuse a sale.

* Rabbits are to be collected or arrangements can be made to meet at a show that I'm going to.

* French Lop babies don't leave the stud until 10 weeks old at the earliest. Litters of more than 6 babies depending on size may not leave until 12 weeks old.

* Mini Lops babies don't leave the stud until 8 weeks old at the earliest.

* I will not sell to a person under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult.

* A deposit of £10 is required to secure any rabbit, this DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE unless the rabbit becomes unavailable.

* Rabbits will only be held for one week without a deposit

* Deposits can be paid by Cheque or cash, balance payable on collection by cash only

* The sale money goes towards the upkeep of my other rabbits and rearing healthy youngsters.
There is NO PROFIT made from the sale of surplus babies

* All rabbits are sold with a care sheet.

* All rabbits are sold with at least a weeks worth of feed for change over or you can purchase a 20kg sack from me.

* Rung rabbits are sold with transfer cards, or if sold as a pet rings will be removed.

* Pedigrees aren't now given with pet rabbits, due to people breeding from rabbits sold as pets only.

* Rabbits suitablity for Breeding/Showing will be listed on advert, however all my rabbits make excellent pets.

* Rabbits sold as pet quality only should not be bred from.

*I hold a policy whereby if any problems are experienced within the first week after purchase, I will take the rabbit back and give a full refund. I strive to breed quality; healthy lops which are true to type.
